DropshipAI provides AI-powered automation tools for dropshipping businesses, including trend discovery, product listing generation, social media posting, and order fulfillment. The service operates autonomously on your behalf using the credentials and permissions you provide.
You are responsible for: the accuracy of your account information, maintaining the security of your API keys, compliance with all applicable laws regarding your store and products, and ensuring you have the right to use any content generated or posted on your behalf.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 7-day free trial for new accounts; no charge is made during the trial period.
Content generated by our AI agents (product descriptions, social posts, voiceovers) is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it goes live. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors or suitable for all audiences.
DropshipAI is not responsible for: lost revenue due to service downtime, third-party API failures (Shopify, social platforms, suppliers), or any decisions made by AI agents. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
