We collect information you provide directly: email address, name, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe). We also collect data from connected services (Shopify store data, social media tokens) that you explicitly authorize.
We use your information to: provide and improve our AI agent services, process payments, sync products with your Shopify store, post content to your social media accounts, and send you operational notifications (e.g., Telegram daily summaries).
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. API keys and tokens are stored encrypted. We use HTTPS for all communications. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
We integrate with: Anthropic (Claude AI), xAI (Grok), Shopify, Stripe, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, ElevenLabs, CJ Dropshipping, Pexels, and Telegram. Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data necessary for each integration to function.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support@profitguarddropship-ai.com. Upon deletion, we remove all your data from our systems within 30 days.
